Refund Process

Upon approval and submission of the return by NiduApparel (items must be in pristine condition and have their original tags attached), the refund amount will be issued via Bank Transfer or Discount Coupon.

Refund Confirmation

Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the refund will be processed using the same banking information provided during the initial order placement.

Incorrect Refund Amount

Please note that https://www.niduapparel.com reserves the right to refuse returns requested or submitted after the designated deadline, or for items that are not in the same condition as they were received.

Shipping Costs Refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if all items in an order are returned.

Please be advised that exchanges and refunds are not available for items purchased during sales or promotional periods.
